Small Group Training – Coming Soon
I’m excited to be launching small group exercise classes designed to help you build strength, confidence, and consistency in a supportive and motivating environment.

Classes will run in 4-week blocks (one class per week), with 6:30–7:30AM or 6:30–7:30PM options. Days will be determined based on interest, so if a time works for you, be sure to reach out.

$20 per class
$80 per 4-week block
$84.00 including tax
*Must sign up for the full 4 weeks*

Each class is capped at just 6 participants, allowing for individualized coaching, hands-on support, and proper form correction—so you get the benefits of personal training within a group setting.

What You’ll Receive: Professional coaching in a small group environment Individual attention and exercise modifications as needed One stretching program to complete over the 4-week block to support mobility and recovery.

Class styles will include:
Bootcamp Circuit - A high-intensity, full-body workout combining bodyweight movements, cardio drills, and strength training. This class is designed to challenge you, elevate your heart rate, and improve both strength and endurance. Expect to work hard, sweat, and leave feeling accomplished.

Strength Training - A structured circuit of weighted exercises performed at a moderate intensity. This class focuses on building strength while reinforcing proper form and technique. We’ll finish each session with targeted core work to round out your workout.

Booty & Core - A lower-body and core-focused workout designed to build strength, stability, and muscle endurance. Expect controlled, effective movements that will have you feeling the burn in all the right places.

Older Adult Strength & Balance - A functional fitness class performed in a safe, supportive environment. Exercises are designed to improve strength, balance, and mobility for everyday activities. This class can accommodate multiple levels, with chairs available for rest breaks or seated exercise options as needed.
