Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Through Movement
About Will Galick
|
Ever since I was a young adult, I have been interested in health and helping others wherever I can. Through the study of Kinesiology, I learned how to teach others ways to heal injuries and prevent new ones from occurring. Combining my own experiences with sports and rehabilitating my own injuries, I have learned that there is more to Kinesiology than just teaching people the proper movements, release work, and techniques. I have the ability to support people through their emotional lows, and I understand that the mental side of an injury can be more taxing than the physical side. I believe this is what sets me apart from many others in the Kinesiology field.

About Tasha Anderson
|
My own journey with movement began at a young age, playing soccer and basketball. This love for an active lifestyle continued into my teens when I discovered weight training, and since then I've explored everything from hiking and rock climbing to yoga and pilates.
My passion for fitness led me to become a Personal Trainer, but I soon realized that so many people struggle with underlying pains from past or current injuries. This inspired me to continue my studies as a Rehabilitation Assistant. I also became an Advanced NeurOptimal Trainer, because I believe that true healing involves both the body and the mind. Now, my mission is to help people not only overcome physical limitations but also feel stronger and more confident. I use my diverse background to help clients with a wide range of goals, increasing their overall independence, strength and flexibility. I have experience working with people of all ages—from children on the spectrum to the elderly and all adults in between. |
